About the position
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Architect with a background in SaaS solutions to join our Team in Drammen. Our office is conveniently located close to Drammen train station.

Your responsibilities as a Software Architect in Admincontrol consist of enabling and guiding the teams, ensuring teams follow coding best practices, keeping yourself up to date with the latest trends and technology. Sharing knowledge and contribute to our learning-based culture that we established over the years. Design smart architectural decisions that are scalable and drives platform modernization and evolution.
A Software Architect in Admincontrol is the bridge between technical and commercial. It is therefore a strong requirement that a Software Architect has excellent communication skills and can explain complex technical details to Commercial teams in layman terms.
You will be at the forefront of decision making and be part of our journey of being the best Board and Management Portal and Data Room solutions in the industry.
Responsibilities and tasks
Responsible for the overall architecture design within the area of responsibility.
Define and implement guidelines, best practices.
Perform architectural reviews and audits.
Evaluate new libraries and tools.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Secure efficient methodology, standards, guidelines, and tools within the domain.
Skills and experience
Excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle.
Ability to see the "big picture" and identify how we should work towards our vision.
Experience with microservice architecture, container technologies and Azure.
Used tools such as Jira, GitHub, Octopus Deploy and Microsoft Bicep in previous commitments.
