About the position
We are building a dedicated Sales & Revenue Operations function from the ground up, and we are looking for the person who will own it. This is a high-impact, newly established role where you will have the mandate and the space to design how our commercial engine operates.
With close to 70 salespeople and sales leaders spread across six offices, we have strong selling capacity. What we need now is someone who brings structure, rigour, and insight to the entire revenue process so that our teams can focus on what they do best.
This is a rare opportunity to define a function from scratch: set the standards, implement the systems, and have a direct impact on how a growing sales organisation performs.
