Job description: International Marketing Manager
We’re seeking a passionate, versatile International Marketing Manager with a desire to deliver excellent quality. Do you thrive when juggling several tasks simultaneously? In this role you will work across all a broad spectrum of marketing- and branding initiatives. The role requires a proactive individual who is highly organised, adaptable, and has the capability to both support regional activities as well as identify, new value adding initiatives in each of our markets. The position involves extensive collaboration with Country Managers and central departments such as Product and R&D in Norway. The position requires travelling.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the annual branding- and marketing plan across all markets and own the tool used for this purpose.
- Take lead on physical events across our international markets. Working closely with the Country Managers to plan, prepare, execute and evaluate events.
- Support in executing branding and thought leadership activities in collaboration with colleagues in the marketing department and international sales departments.
- Contribute to quality-assuring employer branding and recruitment communication. Publish job postings in relevant forums and web sites and support recruiting managers with communications activities in the recruitment process.
- Take a holistic responsibility for webinars together with colleagues in the commercial departments. Identify both global topics suitable for all markets and local opportunities to generate interest and leads using webinars as a method.
- Drive the company’s partnership marketing portfolio. Maintain the marketing- and communication aspect of the collaboration with our partners across markets. Identify key mutual activities and develop an annual plan.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or another commercial field and a minimum of four years full-time work experience in commercial roles.
- Has experience with and capability of working hands-on with a broad portfolio of marketing- and branding tasks.
- Has a solid track record of working with outbound marketing combined with experience with inbound marketing and its principles. Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
- Is a highly structured team-player with strong interpersonal skills and thriving working with multiple projects in parallel.
- Takes pride in accuracy, speed of delivery and execution ability. Drives tasks onwards from inception to completion with commercial results as objective.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills with a sharp focus on details, quality and operational excellence.
- Is proficient in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
- Has a good understanding of technology in general; experience with SaaS is an advantage.
